You are in Nebraska!? How can you produce sailing and surfing trophies in the Mid-West?
Yes, we know it sounds wierd, too. This is probably the most frequent question that we get. We originally began operations in San Diego back in 1999 (San Diego Fabrication). We supply our trophies and awards the West Coast and East Coast, as well as worldwide. Being right in the middle of the United States allows us to ship our pieces quickly to either coast. We moved operations to Lincoln, NE in 2007 and we now have a larger and nicer facility for producing your pieces and getting them to you fast. Chances are that you will be ordering from out of state, and you won't need to pay sales tax on your order. We've found that on our average orders, this more than takes care of the shipping charges.
Do you make everything right there?
Yes, we create all of our trophies and awards at our central location in Lincoln, Nebraska. Everything is created from scratch, by real people. We truck in our raw 4' x 8' sheets of acrylic and then cut them down to the necessary sizes. From there, we begin shaping the trophies by hand until we get them down to the finished pieces. We also have a laser system in-house which allows us to engrave all of our trophies and awards.
How much is the lasering?
On most of our trophies, we charge $9.00 each for the lasering. This includes all of your text, logos, images, and anything else that you would like on your pieces. If it fits, we can laser it on there. We don't have any additional set-up charges as is customary at "other" places. We greatly value your business and strive to give you the best possible prices!
We forgot to order the trophies and we need some right away. Can you help?
We're often known to perform near-miracles when time is of the essence. Several of our most popular items are kept on hand, ready to go into the laser at a moment's notice. We know the importance of having your pieces on time and we will bend over backwards to help you. We will also be honest with you and tell you up front if your order is not possible.
We would like to carry your trophies in our store. Can we purchase them wholesale?
Beginning January 1st, 2012, we will no longer offer wholesale pricing and customers must come to us directly. We have found over the years that we cannot provide both, wholesale and retail, simultaneously.
I like a certain style of trophy but it's not quite in my budget. Do I have any options?
We can generally create our pieces in any size. If we can use thinner acrylic when producing the trophies, it should decrease the cost. We will try to accommodate your requests as much as possible. Just ask!
I would like a trophy shaped a little differently. Is this possible?
Absolutely! We have a full plastic fabrication facility and can make almost any change to the pieces that you would like.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, as long as the pieces are the exact same, other than the lasering or color. Once our machines are set-up, it is easier for us to make several trophies at one time versus a few here and there. We have several discount levels depending upon the number of pieces ordered. Please see our Quantity Discount Chart.
How do I pay for my order?
Beginning January 1st, 2012, we will require that all payments be received before your order ships. Within 24 hours of your order being placed, an invoice will be processed and emailed to you. A check can be mailed to us (as long as it is received by the time to ship) or we can process a credit card. We accept personal or business checks. We can also process Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit cards. Credit card details can be faxed or phoned in.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are based upon ground shipping (3-4 business days). Please see our Shipping Chart. Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Air services are available at an additional cost. Please contact us for an exact quote for your order.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we ship worldwide. The shipping charges on international orders are billed at the actual shipping rate. Please contact us for an exact quote.
Is there a minimum quantity that I must order?
No. You can order as little as one piece if needed. We do however have a $50.00 minimum order charge.
